The DESHI Water Boiler (also produced as a firewood-fired heating system/stove) is a heavy-duty, biomass-fueled hot water generator designed for cost-effective, high-volume water heating using local fuel like wood, agricultural waste, or coconut shells.

1. What It Is

• Design & Construction: High-capacity cylindrical metallic water boiler featuring an integrated lower combustion firebox and a vertical chimney exhaust flue.

• Heating Mechanism: Works on the principle of direct biomass combustion—heat from wood or bio-waste burns in the fire chamber, transferring heat directly to the surrounding water jacket.

• Capacity Options: Available in personal household capacities (e.g., 50-liter units) up to industrial/commercial scales (e.g., 1000-liter units).

• Key Components:

  • Upper Inlet Funnel / Top Pipe: For filling water manually or via piped connection.

  • Lower Firebox Door: Dual-level cast/heavy metal doors for loading firewood and clearing ash.

  • Temperature/Pressure Gauge: Built-in dial to monitor water temperature.

  • Outlet Tap: Front-facing brass/chrome tap for dispensing boiling/hot water into buckets or piping systems.

  • Smoke Exhaust Pipe (Flue Pipe): Top or side chimney outlet that diverts smoke away from the immediate area.

2. How to Use It

1. Fill with Water:

   • Pour cold water through the top funnel (or turn on the intake water valve) until the boiler drum is full.

   • Safety Rule: Never light the fire when the boiler is empty to prevent metal damage.

2. Load Fuel:

   • Open the lower firebox door and load dry firewood, wood briquettes, coconut shells, or agricultural waste into the combustion chamber.

3. Light the Fire:

   • Ignite the biomass using small kindling. Once lit, close or partially adjust the draft door to regulate airflow and maintain a steady flame.

4. Monitor Heating:

   • Check the front temperature gauge. Depending on capacity, water reaches high temperatures or boiling state within 15–30 minutes.

5. Dispense Hot Water:

   • Turn the side outlet tap to draw hot water directly into a bucket or connect it to an outdoor pipe network.

6. Ash Cleanout:

   • Periodically clear ash from the bottom tray once the unit cools down.
